Afterward, he met with the temple priests and interacted with them. CM Dhami is also campaigning in Sonprayag, Triyuginarayan, and other locations within the Kedarnath constituency.
Voting for the Kedarnath assembly seat will be held on November 20, and the counting of votes will take place on November 23. This by-election is being held due to the unfortunate demise of the sitting MLA, Shailarani Rawat. With nearly 92,000 voters in the Kedarnath constituency, both the BJP and Congress are putting in their full effort to secure the seat. BJP Focuses on Booth-Level Outreach
The BJP has assigned responsibilities at every level, from mandal to booth, with monitoring of these activities in place. District and block-level officials have been tasked with conducting outreach in remote villages, and daily reports are being requested from them.

The BJP is leaving no stone unturned in this by-election, with cabinet ministers, MLAs, and district-level leaders and workers visiting every village in the Kedarnath constituency to connect with individual voters. Meanwhile, the Congress party is also gearing up for the by-election. Congress has raised issues related to disaster-affected communities and has worked to create a favorable atmosphere through the Kedarnath Prestige Protection Yatra.
