Dehradun : The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has announced the recruitment for 27 Assistant Teacher posts under the Tribal Welfare Department. The advertisement provides details about reserved posts for state movement candidates; however, it is specified that this reservation is subject to the outcome of a pending High Court petition.

Online applications will open from November 14, with the last date to apply being December 10. The written examination for this recruitment is scheduled for February 23, 2025. Interested candidates should be between the ages of 21 and 42.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Assistant Teacher Primary position must have passed the UTTET-01 or CTET-01 exam.
For LT Assistant Teacher positions, candidates should have a graduation degree with Computer Science or a BCA diploma. They must also have either an LT diploma from a recognized institution, a B.Ed degree from a university established by law, or a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science. Candidates applying for the LT Assistant Teacher post are also required to have passed the UTTET-01 or CTET-01 exam.
