Rani Pur Kotwali Inspector Kamal Mohan Bhandari, along with SSI Manohar Rawat, reached the site with their team. Upon breaking the door, they found three dead bodies in a room. A pistol, bullet casings, and a baseball bat were recovered near the bodies.

Senior police officials, including SSP Premendra Singh Dobal, SP City Swatantra Kumar, SP Crime Pankaj Gairola, and ASP Jitendra Mehra, also arrived at the scene for further investigation.

Identification of Deceased

SP City Swatantra Kumar Singh identified the deceased as:

• Rajeev Arora (60): Son of late Sansar Singh, originally from Arya Nagar, Jwalapur, now residing in Siddharth Enclave, Maharani Bagh, Ashram, Delhi.
• Sunita (55): Wife of Rajeev Arora.
• Shakuntala (78): Mother-in-law of Rajeev, widow of late Jagdish Chandra, and a resident of Tehri Displaced Colony, Rani Pur.
