Microsoft has stated that on January 12, a group supported by the Russian state broke into its corporate networks and took some documents and emails from employee accounts. Beginning in November 2023, the organization known as “Nobelium” or “Midnight Blizzard” launched a “password spray attack” to compromise a Microsoft platform. Microsoft said that it looked into the matter and stopped hackers from accessing its networks.
